Wesley Plummer - Owner
You could say that Wes was born to be a plumber. It runs in the family for sure with grandfathers, father, uncles, brother, and in-laws all members of the trade. Wes and brother Bill purchased the business in 1999 from their father Cliff. In late 2008 Wes became sole owner of the company. With a lot of hard work and determination Wes has grown the company expanding into heating, septic installation, excavation, and much more. Wes' most recent accomplishment was the completion of the new Tri-County Plumbing facility on Newmark and Norman.
In his spare time Wes enjoys camping, hunting, and spending quality time with his wife Pamela and two children Adam and Devin.
Wes is a member of Bandon Christian Fellowship and donates quite a bit of time to help out those in need. He has participated in "Day of Caring," as well as starring in commercials for OTH and the United Way.
Brandie Cooksey - Secretary
Brandie has grown up in the plumbing trade - having gone to work with her parents Cliff and Elaine from a very young age. She and her brothers Wes and Bill were taught all about the different types of materials and their applications as kids. Brandie began to help her mother out with the bookkeeping, billing and payroll as a senior in high school. In 1999, when the business was purchase, she started working for her brothers.
Brandie is very knowledgeable in the plumbing field and can usually find anything that is needed. She is very dedicated to the business and enjoys what she does.
Brandie spends her free time camping, riding in the dunes, and hanging out with her husband Jason and four kids Zachary, Haley, Trenten and Bella. She enjoys attending her children's sporting events as well as visiting with friends and family. Brandie enjoys music and tries to attend as many concerts as possible.
Jason Cooksey - Foreman/Journeyman
Jason began working for Tri-County in June of 2000 as a 5th period apprentice. He completed his training and became a journeyman in July of 2001. Jason is a very talented plumber with expertise in water filtration, radiant floor heating, backflow testing & repair as well as many other aspects of the plumbing trade. He is excellent at trouble shooting & problem solving.Jason enjoys hunting, camping, riding in the dunes and spending time with his wife Brandie & four children Zachary, Haley, Trenten & Bella. Jason’s children are very involved in sports and this keeps the family busy year round. Jason spends quite a bit of time target shooting & reloading his own ammunition. He & his wife enjoy attending concerts as much as possible & are regulars at the Oregon Jamboree.
Steve Howard- Journeyman
Steve began working at Tri-County in May of 2000 as a laborer. He began his apprenticeship in July of 2001 completing his training & becoming a Journeyman in July of 2005. Steve is a very dedicated and hard working individual. Steve enjoys new construction plumbing but is also well versed in remodels & service work. Steve is very enthusiastic and loves what he does.Steve is passionate about the outdoors & he is an avid bow hunter. In his spare time he is on the “Born & Raised Outdoors” film team. Steve’s other passion is his family. He and wife Heidi have three girls, Chelsea & twins Ashley & Shelby. He enjoys attending Chelsea’s sporting activities and is already instilling a love of the outdoors in all of the girls.
Paul McKiddy- Journeyman
Paul started his career with Tri-County Plumbing in June 2003 as a laborer. He began his apprenticeship in November of 2005 completing his training & becoming a Journeyman in April of 2010. Paul is a hard working individual with an attention to detail. He is very determined and confident in his abilities.Paul enjoys spending time with friends & family. He spends quite a bit of time riding out in the dunes. He enjoys working on his truck & quad. He also enjoys target shooting & being in the outdoors.
Chris Dalton- Journeyman
Chris came to Tri-County in June of 2011 as a 1st period apprentice. Chris is a hard working individual with great potential and we enjoyed watching him progress on the path to becoming a Journeyman. Chris recently graduated from apprentice training and is now our newest Journeyman plumber. Chris is willing to take on any challenge and strives to complete each task to the best of his ability.Chris spends his free time with his wife Stephanie and two young children Jackson & baby sister Jordan. He enjoys the outdoors and anything to do with dirt bikes, 4 x 4’s & anything off road. He also likes to do yard work & gardening.
Jeff Harden- Operator
Jeff joined the Tri-County crew in April of 2010. Jeff is our heavy equipment operator and is extremely talented at his job. Jeff is a very hard worker and willing to take on any challenge presented to him. Jeff has been running heavy equipment for over ten years and is capable of operating any type of equipment including track hoes, backhoes, bulldozers & dump truck.Jeff has a great time hanging out with friends & family. You can often find him camping & enjoying the outdoors. Jeff enjoys spending his spare time attending his children’s sporting events with his wife Sue. Jeff has four boys Tyler, Cody, Hunter & Preston.
Josh Lewis- Carpenter
Josh started his career with Tri-County in November of 2010. Josh is a very talented wood worker, metal fabricator & tile setter. Josh is a hardworking individual with an attention to detail. He is very determined to do things correctly and to the best of his ability. The quality of Josh’s work is fantastic and he is very proud of what he has to offer our customers.Josh enjoys spending his time with his wife Mindy & sons Hunter and Gunner. You can often find him running his dogs on the beach. He enjoys hanging out with friends & family.
Ross Baseler- Manager
Ross joined the Tri-County team in February of 2009. Ross brought 25 years of retail plumbing experience with him. He has a vast amount of knowledge and can answer virtually any question presented to him. He is a valuable asset to our team. Ross can provide you with exceptional customer service. And if we don’t have something you’re looking for he will find it.Ross has been a Coos County resident for over 41 years. Ross & his lovely wife Pamela have six grown children, two grandchildren & one on the way. Ross enjoys spending his spare time watching movies, collecting as well as restoring antique bb guns & riding his motorcycle.
Greg Coleman- Journeyman
Greg came back to Tri-County in April of 2014 after moving back to the bay area. He has been a journeyman plumber for over 20 years. Greg is very knowledgable in many aspects of plumbing, specializing in commercial plumbing. He is also a licensed backflow assembly tester. He is excellent at problem solving and enjoys a challenge. Greg and his wife Jennifer have one child, a teenage girl, Mary. They are avid Oregon Duck fans and are regular attendees to football, volleyball, and basketball games. They are also great supporters of North Bend High School where their daughter is involved in various sports programs.
Robby Wilson- Apprentice
Robby came to Tri-County in May of 2014 as a 1st period apprentice. Robby is a hard working individual with fantastic potential and we are excited to see his progress on the path to becoming a Journeyman. Robby has shown that he has an attention to detail and an exceptional ability to grasp and understand the plumbing field. He is young and enthusiastic with an eagerness to please. Robby is extremely family orientated and loves spending as much time with his family as possible. He and his partner Shayla are expecting and will soon be able to add "Dad" to his resume.
Tawny Jenson- Sales
Tawny came to work for Tri-County in November of 2014 contributing her plumbing knowledge in the new store as a salesperson as well as cashier. Tawny has 15 years of experience in the retail plumbing market. She enjoys the challenges of designing bathroom spaces and helping customers to pick out faucets and fixtures for remodels or new construction. Her can-do attitude and eager to please personality are infectious. Tawny and her husband Brennan have two children, Brenner and Taylin. Tawny is super active in her kids activities serving the PTO, American Heritages Girls and Trail Life. In her spare time she has a very successful "home-based" business selling Thirty-One bags.
Cole is a senior at Marshfield High School and works part-time for Tri-County as a laborer. Cole is planning on going to college to be able to work for Fish and Wildlife. He lvoes the outdoors and spends a good part of his time hunting and fishing with his family and friends.
